Trainee Sales Executive

Central Motor Group seeks confident and immaculately presented individuals with a professional manner to join our teams at the Skoda & SEAT Dealerships in Birmingham
We would prefer someone who has no previous car sales knowledge but has experience of customer facing roles or other sales roles. We would consider applications from white goods or furniture sales people, to Hotel receptionists or Bar staff and others, providing that you have excellent communication skills and a determined and persuasive approach.
The successful candidate will work towards agreed targets. You will meet and greet customers, qualify and understand their needs, test drive, negotiate and close the sale. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven history of exceeding customer expectation when it comes to levels of service and after sale care.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and have the capacity to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will have an enthusiastic personality; an ability to converse at all levels and the drive to be a top performer.
You will be rewarded with a salary package that will involve a basic salary and an open ended uncapped commission structure with an unlimited performance related pay plan. A salary in excess of £25,000 is realistic with no upper limit. You will also be rewarded with a company car that is normally changed every 6 months, so a clean driving licence is required.
